By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products

All products are sold subject to availability. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible but minor variations may occur. The GTA VI Floating Lamp is a fan-made collectible and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

2. Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, if a pricing error occurred). You'll be notified and fully refunded if this happens.

3. Presale Terms

Presale orders are placed in advance of stock being available. By placing a presale order you acknowledge the additional lead time set out in our Shipping Policy. You may cancel any presale order before it ships for a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged at the time of order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — images, copy, design — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
