30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Pawtrait order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement, your choice.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us at support@thepawtraits.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask you to.

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Because each Pawtrait is made to order, we may ask you to send a photo of the unused item instead of a physical return. Refunds for change-of-mind requests are issued to your original payment method once approved.

Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection ($5) to your order, any package that is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged is covered for a free reshipment or full refund, no questions asked, in addition to the guarantee above. Orders without Shipping Protection are still covered by our standard defect and 30-day guarantee policies, but lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery are handled case by case.

How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return or refund request is approved, we process it within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations
Since orders begin processing quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel free of charge if the order has not yet entered production or shipped; once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
