Presale Orders
The GTA VI Floating Lamp is currently in Batch 2 presale. Presale orders take an additional 7–10 days on top of standard delivery times. Earlier orders ship first. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Standard Delivery
Once the presale period closes and stock has shipped, standard delivery timelines apply:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe / UK: 8–16 business days
- Australia / NZ: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order dispatches, not the order date.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within the expected window, email us and we'll investigate immediately.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes set by their country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We mark all parcels accurately and cannot falsify customs declarations.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at [support@shopfloatclub.store and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
