Presale Orders

We offer a full refund on any presale order cancelled before it ships. Simply contact us before your order leaves the warehouse and we'll process your refund within 5 business days, no questions asked.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
• Items returned without prior authorisation
